My inspiration for my individual work was Alberto
Giacometti, a Swiss Sculptor, Painter, and Print maker. He was also a drawer
though and some of his gesture drawing is incredible, he focused only on
certain features of the object that he was drawing, allowing you to see it the
way he thought of it. I did the same with my phone, and took one of the views
from "draw" and attempted to do it in this style. I focused on the
overall shapes of the object rather than having accuracy, and got the contours and
the feel of the object.
